ELIGIBILITY & FUNDING GUIDELINES

Eligibility

At least 50% of the team is made up of HMS existing students

Project can existing module project/S-L/FYP with extension in duration or scope

Execution of the project must be within 12 months from date of approval of the project

Project can be self-initiated with a social impact to a community/marginalized group

Project can be an initiative of a CCA club to serve a community

HMS seed funds is capped at $200/project.
Funding is on reimbursement basis which will take place within 2 weeks after the final deliverables and submission of receipts and claim form
Students are to provide photos, videos, and other media resources of the final delivery of the project. Should this be a product, students are to provide a copy of the final product to HMS (separately reimbursed)
